Conversions holds the right to update the terms and conditions mentioned on our website at any time. By using our post such changes, you agree to the revised conditions, as such, we ask you to periodically check-in on this agreement.
Performance
The terms of service statement mentioned below lists the terms and conditions under which you may access and use this website. By continuing to use this website, you hereby agree to these terms and conditions.
Representations & Authorities
The client hereby permits Conversions to access their online accounts and provide all necessary login details related to a specific service(s) that needs to be performance. These can include – web hosting, website CMS, AD campaign accounts, CRM, ERP, and Social Media Accounts.
The client hereby confirms that any content or codes provided to Conversions is solely owned by the client, or that they have the required permission to use them. The client hereby agrees to permitting Conversions to see such information to efficiently render the service(s) needed.
Change of Service
The client at any point during the contract period can ask for a change in the service(s) they are receiving. Conversions shall consider such requests and provide a reply for the same within 07 working days. However, to implement the new changes, a new contract highlighting such changes will need to be signed.
Approval
Conversions hereby agrees to get the approval from the client for all the changes that they make on the Clients’ website. However, if the client wishes to waive this right to approve, any change made by Conversions shall be considered as approved.
Payment
Conversions is required to provide an invoice to the client for the service(s) provided. The client is liable to clear such invoice within 07 working days from the invoice date. If the payment is overdue for more than 30 days, Conversions holds the right to hold all service(s) until the due has been cleared.
Data Security
The internet is an open channel and as such the client cannot hold Conversions liable for any loss, misuse, or corruption of data.
Service Terms
Conversions do not guarantee results against any of the services that it offers including Search Engine Optimization
Third Party Products & Services
Conversions makes no guarantee of any kind regarding any of the third-party tools that may be used while delivering the required service(s) to the client.
Indemnity
The client hereby agrees to indemnify conversions if in case any third-party raises a claim that any material used to provide the required service(s) to the client infringes their intellectual property or that of others.
Limitation of Liability
No part of this agreement limits or excludes the liability of either party in case of:
- Death or injury as a result of negligence
- Fraud
- Other liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded under UAE laws.
Subject to the clause mentioned above, both Conversions and the client will not be liable to each other for the loss or damage of:
- Profit or Expected Profit
- Business
- Opportunity
- Contracts
- Savings
- Goodwill
- Content
- Data
- Any other indirect loss
Confidential Information
Wherein both Conversions and the Client shares information with each other related to their business or other services mentioned in the contract, both parties are liable to maintain the confidentiality of such information. If required by law, then either party can disclose the information to the authorities.
Termination of Service
Either party can choose to terminate the service by giving the other party a 30-days written notice period. At the end of the termination, the client is required to clear all pending dues to Conversions within 15 Working days.
